National Guard Law

Article 1. the following terms for the purposes of this Act the meanings indicated opposite thereto:

Article 2. This law aims to:

Article 3. A. First. Formed under this law, National Guard troops and called her leadership (the leadership of the National Guard).

Article 12.

Article 19. First. Article 20. First. Applies Military Retirement Law No. (3) for the year 2010 and the Military Penal Code No. (19) of 2007 and the Code of Military Criminal Procedure No. (30) for the year 2007 to the employees of the National Guard.

Article 21. First. It may issue regulations to facilitate the implementation of the provisions of this law.
